Amy Riccardi

Amy Riccardi founded Leadership Evolution Group in 2001. For 30 years she has helped CEOs and leadership teams build workplaces where people want to stay: hiring people who share the organization’s values, putting them where they are strongest, and developing managers people want to work for.

Her work spans companies, associations and government agencies. She designed the human capital strategy for a five-year, $10 billion U.S. Department of State contract. She is the author of the forthcoming book The Engaged Workplace.
