Leadership Evolution Group, LLC (“LEG,” “we,” “us”) runs leadershipevolutiongroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what the form asks for. Our contact form asks for your name, email, organization and message. Our newsletter form asks for your first name and email.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we collect the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar tools, described in section 5.
We do not collect mobile phone numbers through this site today. If we ever do, we will not share mobile numbers or text message consent with anyone else for their marketing.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To send the newsletter, if you sign up for it.
- To manage our work with clients and people interested in our services.
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations.
3. Email
We send the newsletter only to people who sign up for it. If you use our contact form, we reply to your message, and we do not add you to the newsletter unless you sign up. Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with companies that run parts of this site and our business for us:
- Coursie, a platform built on HighLevel, which hosts this website, runs our forms, and stores contact records and email.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics and our business email.
These companies may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and show us how people use the site. Our forms and pages may also set cookies so the forms work and so we can connect a form you submit with your visits.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though forms may not. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, use Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site does not currently change what it does in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact and client records for as long as we need them for our work together and our business records. We keep newsletter subscribers until they unsubscribe. After that, we keep only what we need to make sure you stay unsubscribed. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Analytics account.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or confidential information through our forms.
9. Children
This site is for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. Other websites
This site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and AmyRiccardi.com. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
11. Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
