Private Retreat

Two days to build a team no one wants to leave.

The Engaged Workplace, run as a private retreat for your leadership team or your whole staff. You handle the logistics. Amy brings the content and runs the room.

45% → 0%employee turnover in six months, held at 0% for 18+ months

How it works

You bring the team. Amy brings the work.

Hold it off-site, away from the daily work: a resort, a conference center, a retreat venue. Amy builds the two days around your organization’s own numbers, not a generic program.

You Handle

  • Venue, meeting room and audio-visual
  • Travel and lodging for your team
  • Meals, receptions and dinners
  • Dates and who attends

Amy Handles

  • Administration of the Kolbe™ Indexes and CliftonStrengths® assessments for every participant
  • The Sticky Check of your organization before the retreat
  • The design of both days around your results
  • Every session, start to finish
  • Your team’s 90-day plan
The two days

From your data to your plan in two days.

Before the retreat

Pre-Work

  • Kolbe A and Kolbe B Indexes and CliftonStrengths®Every participant takes all three ahead of time. The Kolbe B shows how each person sees what their role demands. Amy sends them, tracks completion and prepares every result. Any Kolbe B not finished before the retreat is completed afterward as follow-on work. The Kolbe C, the manager’s view of each role, can be added.

  • Check-ins on the 90-day plan with your leadership team
  • Any remaining Kolbe B results, reviewed with each person
  • A second Sticky Check to measure what moved
  • Hiring and role design support where the gaps show
