Amy Riccardi, Founder
Amy Riccardi founded Leadership Evolution Group in 2001. For 30 years she has helped CEOs and leadership teams build workplaces where people want to stay: hiring people who share the organization’s values, putting them where they are strongest, and developing managers people want to work for.
Her work spans companies, associations and government agencies. She designed the human capital strategy for a five-year, $10 billion U.S. Department of State contract, and she helped one organization take its turnover from 45% to zero in six months and hold it there for more than 18 months.
Amy is a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and Copper Circle Member and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She teaches Organizational Behavior and Teams and Interpersonal Skills at George Mason University’s Costello College of Business, and she is pursuing a PhD in Organization and Management at Liberty University.
